Security Lockout




This is V2 of YapCRM; we recommend if you have access to V3 you use that. The URL is "youCRMname.yapcrm.com".


If you are having login issues using Internet Explorer, please clear your cookies as this will fix 99% of issues.

  1. Click "Tools" (IE 9 this is a cog icon top right hand corner), then "Internet Options"
  2. Under "Browsing History", click "delete"
  3. A pop up box will appear, UNTICK "Preserve Favorites", then click delete.
  4. Restart the brower, this should fix your issue.
